MOSTAR, March 25 (Hina) - A spokesman for the Croatian Democratic Union of Bosnia-Herzegovina officially confirmed on Thursday that this party's deputies in the parliament of the Croat-Muslim entity, the Bosnian Federation, had put
into parliamentary procedure a request for the transfer of entity authority onto the state and cantonal levels, which would constitute the abolition of the Federation.
MOSTAR, March 25 (Hina) - A spokesman for the Croatian Democratic Union
of Bosnia-Herzegovina officially confirmed on Thursday that this
party's deputies in the parliament of the Croat-Muslim entity, the
Bosnian Federation, had put into parliamentary procedure a request for
the transfer of entity authority onto the state and cantonal levels,
which would constitute the abolition of the Federation.#L#
"We advocate the strengthening of state institutions, and ask that the
foreign and monetary policies, the fight against terrorism and
military issues be bolstered on the state level," Pero Pavlovic told
Hina.
The party first announced its advocacy of the abolition of the
Croat-Muslim entity in January.
