The book, entitled "Ratna pisma" (War Letters), was published by an
association called the Committee to Promote the Truth about Radovan
Karadzic.
Committee chairman Kosta Cavoski said that Karadzic's letters, written
in the period between 1992 and 1996, included those sent to Boutros
Boutros Ghali, Lord Carrington, Bill Clinton, John Major, and Prince
Alexander Karadjordjevic. The committee obtained the letters "courtesy
of Karadzic and his family", Cavoski said.
He also said, among other things, that Karadzic was informed about
today's news conference.
