ZAGREB, Feb 10 (Hina) - The Prosecutor's Office of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) has forwarded to a procedure a request for amending the indictment against Ante Gotovina, and added the names of
general Ivan Cermak and Mladen Markac to it, Croatia's Jutarnji List daily wrote in its issue of Wednesday, citing sources close to the tribunal.

Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) has forwarded to a
procedure a request for amending the indictment against Ante Gotovina,
and added the names of general Ivan Cermak and Mladen Markac to it,
Croatia's Jutarnji List daily wrote in its issue of Wednesday, citing
sources close to the tribunal.#L#
Generals Cermak and Markac appear on the indictment as co-indictees,
the Zagreb-based daily reports, adding that Admiral Davorin Domazet is
also allegedly being mentioned as potential indictee in the tribunal's
circles.
The daily said that ICTY chief prosecutor Carla del Ponte would speak
in Brussels on Wednesday. Del Ponte will meet EU representative for
foreign policy and stability Javier Solana and NATO's newly appointed
Secretary-General Jaap de Hoop Scheffer.
