ZAGREB, Feb 24 (Hina) - Croatia's council for cooperation with the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) has dismissed media speculations about Justice Minister's dissatisfaction with a report of the Interior Ministry on activities of security services pertaining to the case of the fugitive General Ante Gotovina and about her returning the document to competent bodies to elaborate it.#L# According to the Justice Ministry, the council in charge of cooperation with the Hague-based tribunal received and discussed the said report at its first session and the document would be sent to the UN court by the end of this month. The document is a regular report on measures which Croatia has taken so far to execute the court warrant regarding the case of Gen. Gotovina. Under the tribunal's rule book, Zagreb is obliged to forward reports of this kind to the tribunal's registry and the Chief Prosecutor. The Interior Ministry on Tuesday declined to comment on the article published by a daily which claimed that Justice Minister Vesna Skare Ozbolt sent back to Interior Minister Marijan Mlinaric the report on the Gotovina case as she was dissatisfied with it. According to the paper, Minister Skare Ozbolt insisted on detailed data on actions, measures and all other operations which the security services had taken in the Gotovina case since the last report on the issue.
