months, the Court of Bosnia-Herzegovina decided on Friday.#L#
Earlier in the day, Prosecutor John McNair, who is heading an
investigation of former Bosnian Presidency member Jelavic and his
associates Prce and Rupcic, urged the Court to extend detention for
the three.
McNair has requested the extension because the current detention
expires on February 24, the Bosnian Prosecutor's Office said in a
statement.
Jelavic, Prce and Rupcic, detained at Kula prison near Sarajevo, are
charged with abuse of office in connection with Hercegovacka Bank.
