Pasalic, Beljo and Aralica are suspected of embezzling 12.3 million
kuna in the state budget.
The three suspects told the court that the foundation had operated
illegally and labelled the court proceedings against them as the
political chase. They, however, voiced hope that their case would be
solved without the interference of politics.
