Following the legal ban on work on Sundays, the number of outlets at
which the daily press is available on Sunday has fallen by 50 percent,
causing a five to 15 percent drop in the circulation of Sunday issues,
said Josip Bursic.
He added that in their request the publishers had enumerated all the
negative consequences of the Sunday work ban and proposed new
solutions.
The Association of Newspaper Publishers is active within the Croatian
Employers Association.
