ZAGREB, Feb 14 (Hina) - 'Svjedoci' ('Witnesses') by Croatian director Vinko Bresan, won the 'Peace Film Price' at the 54th international film festival in Berlin, the Zagreb-based Interfilmpress reported on Saturday.

The award is given to the best picture in the main competition which
promotes peace and human rights.
The financial part of the award, namely 5,000 euros, will be donated
to Bresan by the Heinrich-Boll Foundation at a ceremny on Sunday.
