Ivankovic and Viteskic are charged with involvement, along with a
number of unidentified persons, in the killing of 19 Serb civilians in
Paulin Dvor, a village near the eastern city of Osijek, in December
1991, using firearms and hand grenades. The accused were members of
the Croatian Army 103rd Reserve Brigade and were off duty at the
time.
The next hearing was scheduled for March 10.
