servants.

government's obligations as employer and those of the Union as

The former government made a lot of mistakes with regard to civil
servants, as seen in numerous lawsuits around the country, the Union
said in a statement, adding that those referred to unpaid overtime,
Christmas and children's bonuses, and salaries which were not adjusted
to those in the public sector, which the Union says will cost the
national budget an additional 1.5 to two billion kuna.
