Croatian Parliament Speaker Vladimir Seks and President Stjepan Mesic's envoy Sinisa Tatalovic are expected to attend.
Hina was founded on July 26, 1990. The agency released its first article on 18 August the same year. In November 2001, the Croatian Parliament adopted a new law on Hina and transformed the state-run agency into an independent public institution and an independent public medium.
