Under the contract, signed on Monday, Hilding Andres is taking over 100 percent of the Hespo shares and the Croatian company will join the Hilding Andres Group in early November.
Hilding Andres is among the leading European manufacturers of matrasses and beds and Hespo is a family-run company which last year alone made 137 million kuna from sales,
Hespo distributes its products via furniture stores in Croatia and abroad. The company's general director and foundar Stjepan Hresc will remain on his position.
