The Croatian observers continue to perform their regular duties.
The building in which the Croatian officers were accommodated was not destroyed in the quake which is believed to have claimed the lives of more than 30,000 people. The Croatian Armed Forces members were transferred to a different location for safety reasons, the ministry said.
