Margetic is one of four Croatian reporters charged by the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia with contempt of court for the publication of the identity and testimony of a protected witness who testified in the trial of former Bosnian Croat military commander Tihomir Blaskic in March 1998.
