The publication, called "A Legal Guide for Foreign Investors", gives an overview of basic statistics on Croatia's economy, sections of commercial law, regulations on the promotion of investment, protection of market competition and intellectual ownership, the rights of foreign nationals, labour, market and bankruptcy law, and a list of relevant legislation and institutions.
The guide will also be released on the web site of the Agency for the Promotion of Export and Investment, and data will be updated quarterly or every six months.
