Shops selling coffee without the stamps will be able to do so until the end of the month, after which all coffee will have to bear the stamps, the Finance Ministry said in a statement on Wednesday.
Apart from coffee intended for the domestic market, all coffee exports will have to be marked as well.
The introduction of the stamps is aimed at preventing the illegal production and sale of coffee which causes an annual loss in the state budget of around 70 million kuna.
