ZAGREB, Aug 30 (Hina) - The Croatian Ministry of Agriculture, Forestryand Water Management has extended its ban on the import of chickensand chicken products to include Kazakhstan, Mongolia and Russia.
ZAGREB, Aug 30 (Hina) - The Croatian Ministry of Agriculture,
Forestry and Water Management has extended its ban on the import of chickens
and chicken products to include Kazakhstan, Mongolia and Russia. The
original ban, introduced to prevent the spreading of bird flu, covered imports
from Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, South African Republic, South Korea,
Cambodia, China, Laos, Thailand and Vietnam.
The ban refers to the import of chickens and chicken products and their
transport through Croatia.
It also covers chicken products from third countries that are
transported through the said countries.
