"Croats are here in an unequal position," the dignitary said at a press conference after meeting with officials representing the Croat people in the authorities of the Serb entity in Banja Luka.
He said that before the war, there had been 220,000 Croats in the area now called Republika Srpska, and most of them fled during the war, while only 11,000 have returned in the meantime.
