My message to Mr Borovcanin, Mr Zupljanin, Mr Lukic and others who are still here and to their families is that The Hague is becoming full. So do not be last, because you can find yourselves in a situation that you do not stand trial in The Hague and that you do not serve your prison sentence in Stockholm, but that you stand trial in Sarajevo and serve your sentence in Zenica, Ashdown said in an interview with the Banja Luka-based Nezavisne Novine newspaper published on Wednesday.
The persons sought by the Hague tribunal on war crimes charges are Radovan Karadzic, Ratko Mladic, Ljubomir Borovcanin, Vinko Pandurevic, Goran Borovnica, Milan Lukic, Sredoje Lukic, Drago Nikolic, Vujadin Popovic, Dragan Zelenovic and Stojan Zupljanin.
Asked if he expected the Croat member of the country's collective presidency, Dragan Covic, to resign over criminal charges brought against him, Ashdown said that the entire international community had suggested that Covic should step down.
