Earlier in the day, Prime Minister Ivo Sanader said that the trade unions would be represented by Vesna Dejanovic, the employees by Darko Marinac and the academic community by Helena Jasna Mencer.
The heads of the parliamentary committees on European integration, foreign affairs, and inter-parliamentary cooperation, Neven Mimica, Goran Jandrokovic and Milorad Pupovac, are members of the national committee by virtue of office.
The names of six representatives of the parliamentary majority and as many representatives of the parliamentary opposition on the national committee will be known next week.
