The document, which was last Friday initialled by Croatian Assistant Transport Minister Pero Bilas and Carlos Mestre Zamarreno, who is the EC chief negotiators for bilateral air transport agreements between EC and non-EU countries, is an introduction into a greater liberalisation of the Croatia air space which would become part of the EU air transport market.
The agreement will make more room for competition between Croatian and EU air transporters, the Croatian Transport Ministry reported on Tuesday.
