BELGRADE, Jan 16 (Hina) - Citizens of Serbia-Montenegro mainly consider relations in the state union as poor, and treat them as a political problem, according to a survey carried out by the Belgrade-based Institute for Social Studies in December 2004.

The results of the survey, conducted in the territory of Serbia and Montenegro, excluding Kosovo, from 10 to 21 December, were published by the media in Belgrade on Sunday.
