The report says gender equality will ultimately produce a double dividend - advancing the rights of both women and children.
"All that is done to improve the position of women in society will also reflect on the well-being of children. That's the basic message of this publication," Radocaj said.
Speaking of Croatia, Radocaj said that relevant institutions were taking the necessary steps to deal with cases of discrimination against women that had been recorded in Croatia, mainly in employment and on the labour market.
Radocaj welcomed the adoption of the government's Strategy for the Promotion of Gender Equality, saying that it was a step in the right direction.
