After the County Court today accepted an appeal by the Prosecutor's Office against the same ruling by the investigating judge and ordered that he reconsider his original decision of Monday, the same judge today again turned down the motion to place Glavas in custody.

Osijek County Court investigating judge Mario Kovac today made the same decision as on Monday, when he turned down the motion to remand Glavas in custody until a decision was made on which court has territorial jurisdiction over the case.
