The two presidents agreed that their countries had no outstanding issues and that they were developing good bilateral cooperation.
"Croatia and Montenegro have settled the sea border issue and unlike the relations with some other country or countries, we have no incidents. There is no issue that we cannot solve in a friendly atmosphere with Monteengro," the Croatian head of state said.
The Kiev meeting has been the third meeting between Mesic and Vujanovic since Montenegro gained independence earlier this year.
Commenting on the commemorations at Babiy Yar, Vujanovic said that "these occasions have their particularities as we have come here to pay tribute to victims of Fascism, and both Montenegro and Croatia belonged to the anti-Fascist movement and it is important to show that both Montenegro and Croatia honour the values of anti-Fascism".
