The event was organised by the Croatian Peasant Party (HSS) students' association, with the help of the "Hanns Seidel" foundation and the association for the promotion of Croatia's political history "Neda Prpic Gamirsek".
The conference pooled members of the HSS youth, the Croatian Democratic Union youth association and the Croatian Academic Community, as well as guests from Bosnia-Herzegovina and Serbia.
The two-day meeting focused on cooperation between students and youth organisations in Southeast Europe and the EU, reform of education systems in EU candidate-countries, the Bologna process and cooperation between young people on the road to the EU.
