ZAGREB, July 3 (Hina) - Croatian Foreign Affairs and European Integration Minister Kolinda Grabar Kitarovic on Monday participated in a conference in Budapest marking the 150th anniversary of the Danube Commission, the Croatian

ZAGREB, July 3 (Hina) - Croatian Foreign Affairs and European
Integration Minister Kolinda Grabar Kitarovic on Monday participated in a
conference in Budapest marking the 150th anniversary of the Danube Commission,
the Croatian Foreign Ministry stated in a press release. The
conference pooled ministers and senior officials of the Commission's
member-states: Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Germany, Hungary, Moldova, Romania,
Russia, Serbia and Ukraine, as well as representatives of countries-observers
and international institutions.
Participants in the meeting reiterated their countries' commitment to
preserve the Danube River as common heritage and to reinforce its role in
connecting various nations.
On the margins of the meeting, Grabar-Kitarovic met the new Hungarian
Foreign Minister Kinga Goencz.
