ZAGREB, June 29 (Hina) - Participants in a round-table debate on the Action Plan to suppress corruption in Croatia, organised by the Justice Ministry on Thursday, concluded the most important thing was for the plan to be implemented
in all spheres of society integrally, systematically and within set deadlines.
ZAGREB, June 29 (Hina) - Participants in a round-table debate on
the Action Plan to suppress corruption in Croatia, organised by the Justice
Ministry on Thursday, concluded the most important thing was for the plan to be
implemented in all spheres of society integrally, systematically and within
set deadlines. The Action Plan elaborates the National Programme for
the suppression of corruption from 2006 to 2008, which focuses on the
judiciary, the health sector, local self-government, and political parties.
Participants in the debate were Justice Minister Ana Lovrin, State
Prosecutor Mladen Bajic, Supreme Court president Branko Hrvatin, Foreign
Affairs and European Integration Minister Kolinda Grabar-Kitarovic,
representatives of the European Commission, the OSCE and nongovernmental
organisations, and Zagreb University experts.
