The agenda includes a set of health bills, a new, stricter bill on arms, amendments to the Law on the Croatian National Bank (HNB), the Law on Property and Other Real Rights, and the Law on Expropriation, a draft calculation of last year's state budget, and annual reports of the HNB and the Croatian Bank for Reconstruction and Development for 2005.
PM Ivo Sanader today agreed to proposals from the Party of Rights, the Peasant Party and the Social Democratic Party not to have amendments to the Law on the HNB discussed under urgent procedure, saying the government was ready to have the amendments discussed under regular procedure if that was the price of the consensual adoption of the law.
The parliament started the session with question time.
The sitting is expected to end on July 15, and deputies can continue their work if necessary but in an extraordinary session.
