Seth, on Monday signed a donation agreement worth about 920,000 euros, which the Swedish International Development Agency (SIDA) earmarked for the Croatian public administration reform.

"The funds will help us to carry out the real state administration reform," Suker said.

Swedish Ambassador Theolin Sture said the implementation of state regulations and policy along with a good management were key conditions for economic growth.

So far, Sweden has donated funds to Croatia through SIDA for the land books project, the education of Justice Ministry staff and the social welfare development project.
