ZAGREB, May 30 (Hina) - T-Croatian Telekom (T-HT) has become the owner of all the shares in IskonInternet, which will remain an independent legal entity but the T-HT will supervise it through the Supervisory Board. The acquisition
cost 13.7 million euros, T-HT reported on Tuesday.

owner of all the shares in IskonInternet, which will remain an independent
legal entity but the T-HT will supervise it through the Supervisory Board. The
acquisition cost 13.7 million euros, T-HT reported on Tuesday. The
T-HT Group provides fixed network telephony and online services, united by the
T-Com brand, as well as mobile communication services under the T-Mobile
brand.
T-HT will not integrate Iskon into its portfolio given that Iskon
services are complementary to T-HT services.
Iskon has 111 employees and its revenue came to 81 million kuna last
year.
