"Montenegro's independence was an inevitable process and Kosovo's independence too is a very natural and inevitable process," Qeku told reporters after meeting his Albanian counterpart in Tirana on Saturday.
This was Qeku's first visit to Albania after he took up office.
"The only solution that would guarantee peace and stability in Kosovo and the region is one that arises from the right of the Kosovo people to self-determination and respect for what they want. And they have repeatedly wanted independence," Berisha said.
