"We advocate postponing the signing of the agreements because we believe that they would provide the two countries with the possibility of making great profit," Beqaj said on Wednesday.
"But this does not mean that the Kosovo Chamber of the Economy has decided to close off its market. We want to liberalise our market, but in line with rules of the World Trade Organisation," Beqaj said during a visit to the town of Prizren.
He also supported a proposal to boycott Serbian commodities that was recently presented by a Kosovo association. "Serbian commodities are in many cases of suspicious origin and it is not known how they are produced," he said.
