The five-member commission, chaired by editor Josko Martinovic, passed a decision on the controversial show and sent it to the HRT director.
"We have sent our report to the director and we have made a wise and fair decision," Martinovic told Hina, refusing to reveal the commission's decision.
Galic is expected to act in line with the commission's conclusions and the opinion of the HRT Programmes Council and early next week decide on responsibility and possible measures to punish the violation of programmes principles and obligations in the Latinica show broadcast on December 12, HRT spokesman Janos Roemer said.
The HRT Programmes Council on December 15 proposed establishing responsibility and concluded that the December 12 Latinica broadcast breached programmes principles and obligations as defined by the HRT Act and the Media Act.
At the same session the Council bound the HRT director and other members of the HRT leadership to report to the public on the measures taken within 15 days.
