SARAJEVO, June 20 (Hina) - Serbian police on Wednesday extradited to Bosnia-Herzegovina former Republika Srpska Prime Minister Gojko Klickovic, whom the Bosnian judiciary had indicted for war crimes and abuse of authority.
SARAJEVO, June 20 (Hina) - Serbian police on Wednesday extradited
to Bosnia-Herzegovina former Republika Srpska Prime Minister Gojko Klickovic,
whom the Bosnian judiciary had indicted for war crimes and abuse of
authority. Klickovic was arrested in Serbia in June 2006. He was
extradited to the Bosnian authorities today at the Raca border crossing.
Klickovic was a member of the Serb Democratic Party (SDS) and an
associate of Radovan Karadzic, who is also wanted for war crimes by the
International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia.
Klickovic was the prime minister of Republika Srpska in 1997 and
1998.
