A total of 45 Croatian and German companies of the 262 members of the Chamber took part in the survey the results of which confirm a positive atmosphere that was indicated last year.
A positive trend was also marked in the assessment of the overall situation in the economy.
The positive forecasts are visible in increased investments made by the companies that participated in the survey. Nearly 70 percent of those who took the poll invested in Croatia in 2006. More than half of these plan to increase their investments in 2007.
Commenting on conditions for investing in Croatia, the companies said a minimum progress was made.
They believe the greatest obstacles are corruption and insufficient transparency in public bids, inefficient administration and inflexible labour law.
