This was an increase of 23.9 percent in relation to 2005, while the number of tourist arrivals was 16.9 percent higher than in 2005.
The number of days foreign holiday-makers stayed in Croatia in that period of time was 21.6 percent higher than the year before, the State Bureau of Statistics has reported.
The most frequently visited county was Dubrovnik-Neretva County and the most frequently visited port was Dubrovnik, with 468 visits.
Dubrovnik was followed by the ports of Korcula, Zadar, Split, Hvar, Sibenik, Ploce, Pula and Rijeka.
Most cruisers came from the Bahamas (154), followed by Italy (90), Panama (61), France and Malta (35 each), etc.
