(Hina) - First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of
Foreign and European Affairs, Vesna Pusic, said on Thursday that the
referendum on the use of minority languages and alphabets should not
be held because the ruling coalition believed that constitutional
amendments should exclude matters relating to minority and human
rights from referendum decisions.
