There will be two remembrance processions in Vukovar on November 18, Initiative spokesman Igor Gavric told reporters.
"Since the government has no political will to stop breaking the law and remove the bilingual signs, a decision has been made that the town of Vukovar will be inhospitable to those in power on November 18," he said, without elaborating what this meant, apart from the separate remembrance processions.
Gavric said the Initiative would start collecting signatures for a referendum to proclaim Vukovar a place of special reverence.
He said the Initiative had no reason to negotiate with the government any further and that it would try to achieve its demands, of which the most important was the proclamation of Vukovar as a place of special reverence, "in another way."
