(Hina) - Justice Minister Orsat Miljenic and Social
Democratic Party (SDP) parliamentarian Pedja Grbin on Wednesday called
on MPs to support an initiative to launch the procedure to amend the
Constitution so that the statute of limitations may be eliminated for
first-degree crimes, insisting that this is the only way to prosecute
crimes for which the time-frame to address them has expired.
