(Hina) - Croatia's Chief State Prosecutor's Office
(DORH) on Thursday said that Croatia had never referred to Hungary's
judiciary the prosecution of MOL's CEO Zsolt Hernadi and that Hungary
had never conducted an investigation against Hernadi, which means that
there are no obstacles for DORH to conduct the proceedings as this is
not an adjudicated matter, as the Hungarian authorities claim.
