ZAGREB, Sept 30
(Hina) - Former president of the Croatian Democratic
Union (HDZ) and former prime minister Jadranka Kosor on Monday refuted
the accusations by her predecessor Ivo Sanader that it was she who
ordered the state prosecution to raise the indictment against him for
the Fimi Media case. Kosor claims that while she was the prime
minister she did not order anyone's persecution and her only omission
was that she did not put a stop to certain processes.
