VUKOVAR, Sept 26
(Hina) - The Initiative for the Defence of Croatian
Vukovar has said that European Commission Vice President Viviane
Reding's statement welcoming Croatia's efforts in the implementation
of the constitutional law on the rights of ethnic minorities only
confirmed that European Union institutions do not get involved in
debates on national issues of its member states who are then left to
decide about the way of implementing national legislation.
