(Hina) - The chairman of the Croatian Parliament
Foreign Affairs Committee, Milorad Pupovac of the Independent Serb
Democratic Party (SDSS), said on Tuesday that Croatia should not be
punished by the European Commission (EC) and that it was necessary to
build a partnership with the European Union (EU) and Croatia's
position within the EU's institutions.
