ZAGREB, Sept 15
(Hina) - The Croatian Association of Public Bailiffs
(HUJO) has proposed a solution to the ongoing dispute between the
government and the European Commission over the application of the
European Arrest Warrant (EAW), saying that the time limit provided for
in the present Croatian law should cease to apply as of January 1,
2014, as in the case of the Czech Republic.
