ZAGREB, June 27
(Hina) - Parliamentary deputy Gordan Jandrokovic of
the Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ) said on Thursday his party would
support amendments to the Constitution should those amendments be
aimed at erasing the statute of limitations for persons who committed
political assassinations during the communist regime, however it will
not link that to the amendments to the law on judicial cooperation in
criminal matters with EU members.
