MOSTAR, March 11
(Hina) - The Democratic Action Party (SDA) has
decided not to participate in the new government of the Bosnian Serb
entity of Republika Srpska (RS) because the ruling Alliance of
Independent Social Democrats (SNSD) has rejected the ministerial
nomination of Dzevad Mahmutovic because of his role in the 1992-1995
war.
