European cotton mill buying mixed LIVERPOOL, ENGLAND, Dec 5 (Reuter) - Mill demand for cotton in Western Europe was of a variable nature with some markets expressing renewed buying for late winter and early spring deliveries while other preferred to await further pricing developments before adding to existing inventories. Brokers said Central Asian and African Franc Zone descriptions were in principal request notably in Portugal, Italy and Belgium, while some enquiry was also forthcoming from Turkey.
