Radmanovic slams Izetbegovic over Nikolic criticism

Autor: half
MOSTAR, Oct 25 (Hina) - The Serb member of Bosnia's state Presidency, Nebojsa Radmanovic, said on Wednesday that Presidency Chairman Bakir Izetbegovic did not act statesmanly or presidentially when he criticised Serbian President Tomislav Nikolic over his statement that Bosnia and Herzegovina was slowly disappearing.

Speaking to Bosnian media, Radmanovic said Izetbegovic's "inappropriate words could practically sever relations with Serbia" and that they did not represent the Bosnian Presidency's official position.

The President of the Bosnian Serb entity, Milorad Dodik, said Izetbegovic's statements did not represent either Serbs or Bosnia and Herzegovina, as he was only the Presidency's Bosniak member.

Dodik said Nikolic was right in stating that Bosnia was disappearing as a state.

Commenting on Nikolic's statement earlier this week, Izetbegovic said "BiH will never disappear and it will always be a sovereign, independent and internationally recognised state."
