"Based on the Dayton agreement, we are interested in nurturing special relations with Republika Srpska. We are interested in having special relations with the other entity (the Croat-Muslim Federation) too, but such ambitions haven't been expressed so far. I'm willing to talk about that too," Dacic told the media in RS ahead of a joint session of the entity and Serbian governments in Banja Luka on Tuesday.
The session is expected to focus on joint investments in the hydropower potential of the Drina river. Dacic said existing plans for those projects envisaged investments of EUR 500 million.
